Cancellation Policy: Please Review Before Booking Appointments

Relaxology Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy – Saturday/Spa package appts is 48 - hour.
If canceled/rescheduled after the required time a charged 50% of the scheduled session will be applied. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to confirm cancelation, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled session. Please note that if you book multiple services/spa package and on the day these appointments (even if you are present at the spa) you cancel any service our cancelation policy applies to these services and you will be charged 50% price for scheduled service. Credit Card must be on file and a 50% deposit must be paid per cancelation policy. If appt(s) are cancelled/rescheduled prior to time set in cancellation policy deposit will be refunded.
